REGULATIONS OF THE FAIR

1. EXHIBITORS
The people (and their representatives) whose application for space has been accepted by the Organizer are exhibitors - manufacturers, representatives and distributors must make out a list of their representatives as "Exhibitors". No more than two people per stand can be accepted.

2. DISTRIBUTION AND ALLOCATION OF THE FAIR'S SPACE
The distribution of the fair's space is going to be made according to the date of receiving the application form. It is understandable that the organizer preserves the right for facilitation of circulation and control of the exhibits, to change the position of those exhibits which will be necessary to change after restructuring the fair's plan. This will happen only if it is absolutely necessary. The organizer will inform the exhibitors interested who are not going to have any demands of refund in case of replacing.

3. POSITION AND COST
The Organizer will place the exhibits according to the order of preference of the exhibitors. If this is not feasible the Organizer will allocate new space, realizing that the exhibitor can accept or reject the new place in writing.

4. EXHIBITS
The exhibits will be limited to those related to the object of the fair and to the exhibitors' activity and those that come up to the whole organization. The Organizer preserves the right not to allow the presence of products which would alter the fair's character. The dimensions and standards will correspond to each exhibitor's space, the specifications and possibilities of EKEP and will be described in the "Exhibitor Manual" which will be sent by the Organizer. By no means should one damage exhibits of a neighbouring stand and this falls under the Organizer's judgement. The exhibitor must not present other products than those referred to in their application form in an analytic way.

5. ADMISSION
Everybody with admission rights has access to the exhibits. The Organizer holds the right to deny admission to anybody (even the exhibitors' children) if his security or the exhibitors' security is in question.

6. PLACING- REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS
The exhibitor can bring into the EKEP and place his products as well as the materials for their promotion, and remove them according to what is mentioned in the "Exhibitor Manual" (Days - times e.t.c.)

7. DISTURBANCE
The placing of the exhibits will by no means disturb the neighbouring stands. Any dispute will be settled only with the Organizer's intervention.

8. THE STAFF'S APPEARANCE
The appearance of the stands' staff should be along the generally accepted lines and should not alter the fair's character.

9. THE STANDS' STAFF
It is forbidden to recruit or keep the staff of the exhibitors occupied in any way, during the fair.

10. SOUND-NOISE
Machines or electrical appliances which produce sound in general must operate in such a way, so as not to disturb the other exhibitors. In such cases the organizer holds the right to decide on what level the sound produced is acceptable.

11. ELECTRICITY SUPPLY (WATER/AIR)
The electricity connection (etc.) and the relevant workmanship or spare parts are provided exclusively by the official contractors of the Organizer. The Organizer preserves the exclusive right to recommend the relevant associates.

12. SPECIFICATIONS OF ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS
The wiring and switchboards must correspond to the standards of the Greek Electricity Firm (D.E.I.), the European Union and the Fire Department. All kinds of necessary spare parts (switches, plugs, lights, lamps, wires, fuses,...) are provided by the Organizer according to the price-list of the "Exhibitor Manual". The exhibitor can only bring with him the specialized electrical equipment necessary for him, which is not provided by the organizer.

13. PHOTOGRAPHS
The photographical rights in the Fair belong to the Organizer. The necessary photographs during the fair are allowed to be done only by the appointed photographers by the Organizer and according to the price-list of the "Exhibitor Manual". The exhibitors who wish to take their own pictures should inform the Organizer in order to obtain the relative permission.

14. CLEANING
The exhibitors must make sure their exhibits and their stands are kept clean without dust or rubbish. All refuse especially before the opening of the fair should be placed in the special rubbish bins in the corridors.

15. ADVERTISING MATERIAL
The exhibitor can give out advertising material or price-lists in his stand. In case of someone being disturbed, the disagreement can only be settled by the Organizer.

16. CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION
If any exhibitor cancels his request for participation or reduces the square meters after the time limit allowed, he must grant as compensation to the Organizer the following amounts of money:
* - From September 1st to September 30th, 50% of his stand's value.
* - From October 1st and on, 100% of his stand's rent.

17. REFUND
The money for the rent of space can only be returned if cancellation takes place in writing up until 30/8/2005.

18. CHANGE OF DATE
The Organizer holds the right of changing dates or changing the date of the opening of the fair, if he judges that the circumstances require it. In case of such a change the contract is still valid, on condition that the exhibitor is informed in writing one month before the opening. If the above is observed, the exhibitor cannot ask for compensation.

19. THE ORGANIZER'S RESPONSIBILITY
The Organizer, the associate subcontractors and their employees are not responsible for damages or losses due to fire, theft or any other reason, which can be caused to the exhibits, or for accidents and minor injuries of exhibitors, employees or their representatives. The direct refund for any of the above is exclusively the exhibitor's responsibility. Moreover, the Organizer is not responsible for any mistakes or omissions in the catalogue of the fair or in the various advertising materials.

20. FIRE SAFETY
All the laws and regulations about fire safety must be strictly obeyed by the exhibitors.

21. DAMAGE
The Organizer is not responsible for any damage or delays in the loading of the exhibits. Damage due to improper packaging is the exhibitor's responsibility. If the exhibits do not reach the fair, the exhibitor remains responsible for the rent of his space. The exhibitors should be insured against similar dangers.

22. OWNERSHIP
With this term of the contract, it is specified that as long as the exhibits of every exhibitor are in the fair, the Organizer has every right of ownership, possession or trading of the exhibits to a third party (except for the exhibitor).

23. INTERRUPTION OF THE FAIR
The Organizer may interrupt the fair at any time, if anything comprised under the term act of God happens in the places which are under his possession and responsibility for the organization of the fair or during the fair. In this case, any damage, loss, delay or increase in the cost and any other undesirable consequence evades the Organizer's control.

The term act of God includes: fire, accident, flood, disease, earthquake, extreme weather conditions, governmental prohibitions, urgent orders of political defence or military authorities, unfriendly actions, rebellions, strike, lock-out, blockade, or any other worker riots, inability to insure uninhibited operation of the fair, bankruptcy due to interruption of or inadequate communication, inability due to a verdict of guilt, seizure, requisition of the necessary material and equipment on the basis of local or national orders or regulations, or judicial decisions.

24. UNSUITABILITY OF THE EXHIBITS
The exhibitor agrees that the exhibits enter and remain in the fair only according to the laws and regulations. The Organizer holds the right to judge as unsuitable and to prohibit or reject exhibits partially or totally. If an exhibitor or an exhibit are rejected due to violation of laws or regulations or any other defined cause, the exhibitor cannot take back the cost of his space.

25. PRICE TAGS
The Organizer strictly prohibits putting price tags on the products during the fair.

26. INSURANCE
The exhibitors should have insured their exhibits for theft, damage, loss or sivil responsibility. The Organizer and all the employees or his associates and subcontractors, are responsible neither for any injury of exhibitors or their associates and their employees, nor for any damage or loss of exhibits due to robbery, theft, accident, fire, or any other disaster.

27. SUB-RENTING
Th exhibitors are not allowed to give their space for use totally or partially to other businessmen, without the written permission of the Organizer.

28. JUDICIAL DIFFERENCES
The present contract is subject to the Greek law and the regulations of the Greek State. For any disagreement or difference which will occur, the Athens courts will be responsible.
